DDC Enterprise Completes First Batch of 21 BTC Acquisition, Accelerating Bitcoin Reserve Strategy
according to business information reports, DDC Enterprise (NYSE: DDC) announced the completion of the first batch of 21 bitcoins (BTC) purchases as part of its strategy to include bitcoins in the company's reserves. The company exchanged 254,333 shares of DDC Class A common stock with an investor group for these 21 bitcoins, currently valued at approximately $2.2837 million. DDC is expected to complete two additional purchases in the coming days to acquire the remaining 79 bitcoins, after which the company will hold 100 bitcoins.
