The Smarter Web Company Plans to Raise at Least $20.1 Million to Purchase Bitcoin
According to Jinse Finance, The Smarter Web Company has announced that it has engaged Tennyson Securities and Peterhouse Capital Limited to issue new ordinary shares to institutional investors through a placement. The accelerated bookbuilding process will commence immediately following this announcement, with the company planning to raise at least £15 million (USD 20.1 million) to purchase Bitcoin.
