Strategy Relaxes Stock Sale Rules to Enable Flexible Financing When Needed
According to Jinse Finance, Michael Saylor’s Strategy Inc. has adjusted its financing policy, removing the previous restriction that required the stock price to be at least 2.5 times the value of its Bitcoin holdings before issuing additional common shares. The company will now allow share issuance even when the stock price is below that threshold, enabling more flexible financing when needed. Analysts believe this gives the company greater operational flexibility to seize opportunities to purchase Bitcoin.
