The proposal for Solana's "major consensus upgrade to achieve 150ms block finality" has entered the voting stage.
On August 28, according to the relevant governance page, the Solana "Achieving 150ms Block Finality Major Consensus Upgrade" proposal (SIMD-326) has entered the voting stage. The voting rule requires that the proportion of affirmative votes must reach two-thirds of the total votes (affirmative + negative) for the proposal to pass. Currently, the voter participation rate is about 9.87%, with approximately 9.758% being affirmative votes.
