October 9th — According to Cointelegraph, U.S. Wisconsin Congressman Bryan Steil, one of the original co-sponsors of the House's crypto market structure bill known as the CLARITY Act, said that despite the government shutdown, the Republicans still plan to pass the bill by 2026.
