Swiss bitcoin investment app Relai obtains MiCA license from the French Financial Markets Authority
Foresight News reported, according to Cointelegraph, that Swiss Bitcoin investment app Relai has obtained a Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) license from the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). With this license, Relai will be able to launch several regulated services related to Bitcoin investment on its app.
Relai was founded in Zurich in 2020. At the end of 2024, the company raised $12 million in a Series A funding round led by US venture capital firm Ego Death Capital, with other supporters including Plan B Bitcoin Fund, Timechain, and Solit Group.
