Prenetics, backed by David Beckham, raises $46.8 million to advance its Bitcoin vault strategy
Jinse Finance reported that health technology company Prenetics (PRE) has completed an oversubscribed equity financing of $46.8 million, which will be used to globally expand its health brand IM8 and accelerate its bitcoin vault strategy. If all warrants are exercised, the total financing amount could reach $212 million. Investors include a certain exchange, Exodus, and others.
