BlockBeats News, on December 1, the fully homomorphic encryption network Zama officially announced that it will sell 10% of the total ZAMA token supply through a sealed-bid Dutch auction on Ethereum, with bidding confidentiality maintained using fully homomorphic encryption (FHE). Tokens will be unlocked immediately, ensuring fair distribution and true price discovery, with no bot sniping or gas wars.
The auction will take place from January 12 to 15, and tokens can be claimed on January 20. ZAMA is the utility token of the Zama protocol, used to pay for encryption and decryption fees, staking or delegating nodes, and helping to secure FHE nodes. The mainnet is expected to launch by the end of the year.
