Bitnomial to launch the first CFTC-regulated cryptocurrency spot trading platform

ChainCatcher reported that Bitnomial will launch the first cryptocurrency spot trading platform regulated by the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The Chicago-based company submitted a self-certification filing last month under CFTC Rule 40.6(a), and these rules officially took effect on Friday, meaning spot trading could be launched in the coming days.
