New User Guide (2025): How To Withdraw Your Crypto Assets - Web Version

Withdrawing your profits is a seamless process on Bitget that ensures you can securely access and manage your funds whenever needed. This guide will walk you through the steps to withdraw your assets efficiently on the Bitget website, including key considerations to guarantee a smooth experience. On-chain Withdrawals

For those looking to withdraw assets directly to an external wallet, Bitget supports on-chain withdrawals across multiple networks.

Step 1:

Log in to your Bitget account and hover the pointer on the wallet icon on the top right of the navigation bar. Click on [Withdraw].

Step 2:

Select the coin/token to be withdrawn and the corresponding blockchain/network by clicking on the arrow buttons as marked below.

Now you need your Web 3 wallet address. For this example, we will use Bitget Wallet to show you how to copy your Web3 wallet address for the withdrawal process.

Open your Web 3 wallet, click on [Receive] and choose the asset you want to withdraw, for example USDT on the BNB Chain Mainnet. You will receive a QR code and a receiving address as shown in the image below. Copy the address and paste it to your Bitget withdrawal site. Click [Withdraw].

Bitget Wallet also has a built-in function that allows users to receive directly from Bitget.

Step 3:

Enter the amount to be withdrawn into your Web3 wallet. Note that you will need to pay for gas fees when you make on-chain transactions, therefore enter a slightly higher amount than your planned amount.

A gas fee in a crypto transaction is the cost paid to blockchain validators for processing and confirming transactions, with the amount varying based on network congestion and transaction complexity. Bitget does not charge this fee.

You need to review the transaction fees and the amount to be received before clicking on [Withdraw] again to proceed. Afterwards, you will be asked to complete the verification steps for security reasons. Once done, kindly wait for a few minutes for the transaction to be completed. Transaction time varies based on the blockchain network's congestion and processing speed, not Bitget, as on-chain withdrawals rely on the chosen blockchain's validators to confirm and finalise the transaction.

Internal Withdrawals

This guide is for users wanting to withdraw their assets to another Bitget account.

Step 1:

Log in to your Bitget account and hover the pointer on the wallet icon on the top right of the navigation bar. Click on [Withdraw].

Step 2:

Select the coin/token to be withdrawn and click on [Internal transfer] as marked in the image below. You can either enter the email address, phone number, or the UID (user ID) of the receiving Bitget account.

Then enter the amount to be withdrawn to that Bitget account, review the transaction, and click [Withdraw]. Complete any required verification steps for security purposes, and the funds will be deposited to the receiving Bitget account instantly, at zero cost!

To find the UID of the receiving Bitget account, simply ask the account holder to hover their pointer to the avatar on the top right of the navigation bar and copy the UID as marked in the image below.

Fiat Withdrawals

Bitget also supports fiat withdrawals via Bank Transfer, Quick Sell, and P2P Trading. Please note that when you make fiat withdrawals, you are converting your crypto assets back into the fiat currency of your choice.

Step 1:

Log in to your Bitget account and hover the pointer on the wallet icon on the top right of the navigation bar. Click on [Withdraw].

Step 2:

Click on [Withdraw fiat] on the left menu bar as marked in the image below.

Step 3:

You'll automatically be redirected to the Bank Transfer option for fiat withdrawals. Select the fiat currency you want to withdraw and the payment method before clicking [Next].

You will then be asked to enter the amount to be withdrawn and your bank account. Review your order carefully, especially your bank details and the transaction fees. This fee is collected by the processing banks and not by Bitget.

Complete the security verification steps. Processing time may vary, depending on your selected fiat currency and the processing banks.

Step 4:

You may also go to Quick Buy then click [Sell] for faster processing time.
