The Dow Jones Industrial Average opened up 0.01%, the Nasdaq Composite rose 0.28%, and the S&P 500 increased by 0.1%. Star tech stocks saw Tesla rise by 0.85%, Meta Platforms rise by 0.52%, and Apple rise by 0.51%. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index surged by 1.64%.
