Starknet: The V0.13.0 upgrade does not mean that you can now use STRK as gas

Starknet has stated on the X platform that the V0.13.0 upgrade includes the technical preparation work for using STRK as a gas token, but this does not mean that STRK can be used as gas right now. Starknet compares the current situation to "the tracks have been laid, but the train has not yet run." Prior to this, the governance page showed that the Starknet community had voted in favor of the proposal to activate the Alpha V0.13.0 upgrade on the mainnet. The main content of this upgrade is to add V3 transaction types, which aims to enable the Starknet network to support future functional upgrades, such as adding STRK as a gas token outside of ETH.
