The Cumberland related address received 100 million USDT from Tether 13 hours ago

Scopescan monitoring shows that 13 hours ago, before the ETF was approved, Cumberland received 100 million USDT from Tether at a related address and deposited it all into multiple CEXs. In the past two days, the address received 261 million USDT from Tether and deposited it all into Binance.
