The Dow Jones Industrial Average opened down 0.21%, the Nasdaq Composite Index fell 0.87%, and the S&P 500 dropped 0.56%. Star tech stocks Tesla fell 2.3%, Intel fell 1.37%, and Apple fell 1.29%.
