Bitcoin Spot ETF Approved on Day 6: GBTC Sees an Outflow of $590 Million

BitMEX Research statistics show that on the 6th day after the approval of Bitcoin spot ETF, GBTC's share count for the 6th day (January 19) indicates an outflow of $590 million, with a total outflow from GBTC being $2.8 billion. Bitwise saw an inflow of $56 million on its sixth day, and a total inflow over six days amounting to $450 million. In addition, Grayscale's daily data appears oddly consistent, with outflows typically slightly less than $600 million:

Day 1 saw an outflow of $95.1 million;

Day 2 had an outflow of $484.1 million;

Day 3 recorded an outflow of $594.4 million;

Day 4 experienced an outflow of $460.6 million;

Day 5 reported an outflow of $582.3million; and finally,

Day 6 registered an outflow of$590.4million.
