The Federal Court of Canada ruled that the government's previous freezing of cryptocurrency donations to protesting truck drivers was unconstitutional. In this protest, truck drivers used their trucks to block streets in the capital city of Ottawa to protest against the requirement for all truck drivers crossing the Canada-US border to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. The protesters received millions of dollars in donations through cryptocurrencies.
