The Block reports, according to a notice submitted by the U.S. government, it plans to dispose of nearly 2,875 Bitcoins seized in 2021 from Ryan Farace and Sean Bridges "in the manner that may be directed by the Attorney General of the United States". In addition, there are about 59 Bitcoins belonging to Farace. As of the time of application submission, the value of seized bitcoins was approximately $133 million.

It is reported that in 2018, The U.S. Department of Justice accused suspect Farace (also known as Xanaxman) of selling illegal items on the dark web and confiscated related funds in 2021.
