CME "Fed Watch" data show that the Federal Reserve in March to maintain interest rates unchanged in the range of 5.25%-5.50% probability of 89.5%, the probability of a 25 basis point cut in interest rates is 10.5%. The probability of keeping interest rates unchanged in May is 61.4 per cent, the probability of a cumulative 25 basis point cut is 35.3 per cent, and the probability of a cumulative 50 basis point cut is 3.3 per cent.
