Oobit and VeChain plan to support mobile NFC encrypted payments

The encrypted payment application Oobit announced a partnership with VeChain to support mobile NFC encrypted payments. VET will be integrated into Oobit's Tap Pay feature, and the company now supports a total of six cryptocurrencies. Earlier this month, Oobit announced the completion of a $25 million Series A financing round, with investment from Tether's investment department and Solana co-founder Anatoly Yakovenko, among others.
