On Monday, Eastern Time, OpenAI fiercely criticized Elon Musk's accusations against it in court documents submitted to the San Francisco Court. It stated that Musk's allegations are based on baffling factual premises and are often incoherent. This is the startup's first judicial response after Musk launched a lawsuit against OpenAI. The company also reminded the court that Musk might use this lawsuit to obtain OpenAI’s "proprietary records and technology", so there needs to be "careful regulation" of the information sharing program.
