CoinShares has announced the completion of its acquisition of Valkyrie Funds LLC, which is the investment advisory business of Valkyrie Investments Inc. In addition, CoinShares has also obtained the Sponsor rights for its Bitcoin spot ETF, Valkyrie Bitcoin Fund.
