Bitget announcement on fund system and coupon system upgrade
To improve service quality and user experience, Bitget will conduct a system upgrade from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM on May 16, 2024 (UTC+8). The upgrade is expected to last for an hour. During this period, users may experience disruptions in fund transfers, coupon distribution, coupon claiming, and coupon utilization. Normal operations will resume promptly upon maintenance completion.
For users with futures or margin positions, or Crypto Loans, please be aware that you may not be able to transfer margin or collateral during the upgrade. We advise assessing your account risk based on your positions and margin rates, and adding extra margin in advance as a precautionary measure.
