PANews reported on July 4th, according to Cointelegraph, in the documents submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on July 3rd, Bitwise has amended its Ethereum spot ETF's S-1 registration statement in advance, which includes waiving the sponsorship fees for the first $500 million trust assets within the past six months. The document does not include a specific launch date for listing and trading on the New York Stock Exchange Arca but indicates that it will start "as soon as possible" after the registration effective date.
Earlier today, Bloomberg analyst James Seyffart commented on Bitwise's resubmitted revised Ethereum ETF S-1 form stating that an Ethereum spot ETF product might be listed later next week or during the week of July 15th.
