According to Lookonchain monitoring, in the past 24 hours, the German government address transferred out 16,039 BTC (approximately $915.3 million), and received 3673 BTC (approximately $206.5 million).

The German government address may have sold 12,366 BTC (approximately $708.8 million) and currently holds 27,461 BTC (approximately $1.55 billion).
