The Prosecutor's Office of Montenegro challenged the decision of the Court of Appeal to extradite Do Kwon to the Republic of Korea.

The Montenegrin Supreme Court Commission will decide by the end of this week whether to postpone the extradition of Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon to South Korea, the Montenegrin daily Vijesti reported. The Supreme State Prosecutor's Office of Montenegro has requested the Supreme Court to review the legality of the ruling made by the Montenegrin Court of Appeals and proposed to postpone the execution of the ruling. The Prosecutor's Office argues that the Court of Appeal's decision violates the Law on International Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters.
