Terraform Labs is in talks with a third party to take over some of its operations, failing which it will shut down related businesses

Terraform Labs, the developer of the Terra blockchain, is in talks with a third party to take over the operation of some of its products and services, according to official sources on September 25th. Terraform Labs will shut down its products and services on October 30, 2024, if the negotiations fail.
