Scroll: next incentive program coming soon

On October 19th, Scroll posted a message announcing the upcoming launch of its next incentive program, saying that this time it will bring the biggest rewards and new rules for the community to date in order to accelerate project growth, speed up asset on-boarding, and will also offer retroactive rewards for original products, details of which may be announced tomorrow.
