According to a survey conducted by the Public Education Committee of the Hong Kong Association of Banks' digital banking group, the trust level of respondents towards digital banks has significantly increased. Over 97% and 99% of individual and small and medium-sized enterprise respondents, respectively, are satisfied with the security measures, and more than 90% of individual and small and medium-sized enterprise respondents are satisfied with the security measures for protecting personal information and preventing fraud in digital banks. 80.3% of individual and 92.1% of small and medium-sized enterprise respondents have some understanding of digital banks, with an increase of 27.3% and 9.1% per year, respectively. Nearly 75% of individual respondents expressed their willingness or strong willingness to open new accounts in other digital banks.
