The U.S. SEC has officially confirmed receipt of the application to convert GDLC into an ETF

Nate Geraci, President of The ETF Store, stated that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has officially confirmed the application to convert Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund (GDLC) into an ETF. GDLC holds approximately 77% Bitcoin, 17% Ethereum, with the remainder in Solana, XRP and Avalanche. The U.S. SEC is now soliciting public opinion and has started counting down to decision time.
