(Blockchain Innovation Strategic Center) proposal, which outlines a strategic plan to establish an innovation and blockchain strategic center in a city in the United States and transform it into a global center for blockchain technology and sustainable development. The total cost is expected to be between US$1.3 billion and US$2.35 billion.
