Foreign Media: Biden may nominate Harris for the position of Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court

According to a report by Newsweek, a legal analyst from CNN suggested that U.S. Vice President Harris might be nominated for the Supreme Court of the United States.

The report stated that Bakari Sellers, who served as a Democratic member of the South Carolina House of Representatives for eight years, said that 70-year-old liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor could retire from the Supreme Court so President Biden can nominate Harris. Before being elected senator and then vice president, Harris had served as district attorney in San Francisco and Attorney General in California.
