CryptoQuant CEO: South Korean crypto whales are massively accumulating USDT, with the USDT premium rate reaching 3%

On December 19, CryptoQuant CEO Ki Young Ju pointed out that South Korean crypto whales are massively accumulating USDT. The USDT/KRW trading pair on the Korean exchange is about 3% premium compared to the official rate, with the price of USDT reaching 1,559 Korean Won. This unofficial exchange rate level is close to that during the IMF crisis in 1998, setting a new high in 26 years.
