The submission phase of Ancient8 Builder Jam begins on December 31 and ends on January 4. During this period, participants must submit their projects to be evaluated by the judges. This document provides all the necessary information about the submission process.

Submission Checklist

Participants need to prepare the following items to complete their submissions:

1. Team Information: Include the team name and details of all team members, such as names, roles, and contact information.
2. Track Selection: Clearly indicate the track your project is competing in.
3. Product Description: Provide a clear and concise overview of your project. Include its purpose, features, and value proposition.
4. Pitch Deck: Upload a presentation deck summarizing your project. The deck must be in PDF format.
5. Demo Application Link: Share a working link to your project demo. Ensure the link is functional and accessible.
6. Demo Video: Submit a short video demonstrating your project in action. This video helps judges understand your project’s functionality and value.
7. Repository Link: Provide a link to your project’s code repository, such as GitHub. Include clear instructions for setup and usage.

Mentors and Judges

Ancient8 Builder Jam features a team of mentors and judges who are leaders in the Web3 space. Mentors are available to guide teams during the hackathon, offering practical advice and feedback to improve projects. Judges will carefully assess each submission, focusing on how innovative, functional, and impactful the projects are. Their expertise ensures a fair evaluation and highlights the best ideas that align with the hackathon's goals.

Participants should ensure all required materials are submitted by the deadline. The judging process will evaluate the quality and impact of the submissions, and the top teams will be notified on January 6. The selected teams will proceed to the pitching phase on January 7-8.
