PANews reported on January 23 that the Ethereum.org team released an annual summary, reviewing the significant progress made in 2024. Highlights include:
1. Launching a FAQ page after the Dencun upgrade to help users understand protocol updates;
2. Hosting the second Translatathon event, with 327 participants translating 2.53 million words covering 70 languages;
3. Migrating UI library to ShadCN, improving website performance and user experience;
4. Receiving over 400 visitors during Devcon SEA and distributing souvenirs;
5. Launching ETHGlossary translation platform, which has collected more than 7,000 translations.
In addition, they added a Layer 2 content section, updated the website homepage design and enhanced open-source collaboration through Hacktoberfest and multiple community events. In 2025, the team will adopt a more efficient development model to accelerate new feature releases and continue inviting community contributions.
