Spot On Chain monitoring shows that in the past 19 hours, 5 wallets (likely the same entity) have deposited 29.2 million USDT into CEX and withdrew 9018 ETH at an average price of approximately 3237.5 when the price fell.

It is reported that these wallets had withdrawn USDT from CEX on November 20, 2024, and only carried out this operation after holding it for two months.
