According to on-chain analyst @ai_9684xtpa, the ETH whale 0x29F...335EF45 withdrew 4000 ETH (about $10.71 million) from CEX 45 minutes ago at an average price of $2679. Currently, all 4000 ETH have been fully staked on ether.fi.
