Musk announces xAI's full stock acquisition of X: After the merger, xAI is valued at 80 billion US dollars

ChainCatcher News, Musk announced that xAI has acquired X through an all-stock transaction, and the merged new entity is unified as XAI HOLDINGS. This deal values xAI at 80 billion US dollars and X at 33 billion US dollars (i.e., 45 billion US dollars minus 12 billion in debt).
