The ongoing tariff is leaving a huge impact on the crypto market with the Bitcoin price crashing 10% today following the global stock markets plummet. Coinciding this, leading altcoins like ETH, XRP and SOL have dropped in double digits and the crypto market cap has lost $300 billion in the past 24 hours.
While reacting to drastic drop in Asian stock indices, Bitcoin price took a huge hit with it declining 10% from the daily high of $83,000 range to as low as $74,760 earlier today. The drop marks one of the biggest in a day while it loses the key support in the $81,000 range.
At the time of writing, Bitcoin is trading near $77,130 – down 6.89% – with a trading volume of $70.33 billion, which has notably increased 420% in the past 24 hours.

ETH price seems to be the most affected one with it losing 16.44% and dropping below $1,500 while SOL declining 15.5% in the past 24 hours and it’s on the urge to drop below $100 price mark. Similarly, XRP has also dropped 14% after losing key support at $1.95 and currently trading at $1.77 – as per market data.
In the top losing list, Berachain’s BERA is in lead with it dumping 24% while ZEC, MEW and SAFE losing 22% today. Meanwhile, no major crypto has surged with any notable gains but GRASS has seen 8% increase only.
