Trump Media announced plans today to launch a utility token alongside a new Truth digital wallet, according to a shareholder letter ahead of its 2025 annual meeting.
The token will serve as a payment method for Truth+ subscriptions, with future applications planned across the Truth ecosystem.
To support this effort, the Truth wallet and token will be integrated into Truth Social and Truth+, aimed at creating new revenue streams.
In addition, the company will introduce premium Truth Social features tied to Truth+ memberships, including verification badges, edit functionality, scheduled posts, expanded character counts, and longer video uploads.
The letter also highlighted TMTG’s expansion of Truth+, its TV streaming service, into Canada and Mexico, while exploring advertising and premium content subscriptions.
Beyond media, the company is also launching Truth.Fi, a financial services division offering America-First separately managed accounts and ETFs through partnerships with Index Technologies Group, Yorkville America Equities, and Crypto.com.
To fund these initiatives, the company plans to invest up to $250 million from its $777 million cash reserves, including investments in Bitcoin and crypto-related securities.
At the same time, TMTG will continue pursuing mergers and acquisitions while addressing alleged naked short selling of its DJT stock and ongoing litigation against media outlets.
TMTG confirmed its planned reincorporation in Florida, citing the state’s pro-business environment as supporting its growth strategy.
