The RWA lending protocol Centrifuge has announced the launch of the tokenized securities wrapper deRWA, aimed at bringing institutional-grade real-world assets into DeFi. Through deRWA, issuers can package existing tokenized securities into freely transferable tokens and integrate directly with DeFi protocols. The underlying assets in the deRWA pool are transparently managed on Centrifuge's infrastructure.
