After a slight price decline on May 14, NEIRO picked up steam again on May 15, continuing its 7-day ascendant trajectory.

NEIRO, also known as First Neiro on Ethereum, or NEIRO CTO, is the sister of Dogecoin (DOGE) and was launched in August 2024.

NEIRO Price Continues to Surge

At the moment of writing this article, NEIRO is up by over 7% in the past 24 hours. The coin is trading close to $0.0006 and has a market cap of over $251 million.

Earlier, following a slight price decline on May 14, the coin’s market cap surged above $275 million, before cooling off to current levels.

The 24-hour volume of NEIRO is over $448 million.

However, during the past seven days, NEIRO has seen an impressive price surge of over 155%. Also, in the past month, NEIRO managed to surge by more than 245%.

The digital asset reached its ATH on November 11, 2024, when it hit a market cap above $1,14 billion.

The team behind Neiro follows its own advice and continues to help others. A recent move in this direction was a delivery of $5,500 of the Neiro community to an animal shelter in Southeastern Turkey, helping animals with pet food and medical supplies.

Another notable event marked by the project was in April 2025, when it announced that it had officially bought the exclusive license to the Neiro intellectual property from Atsuko Kabosumama Sato, via a partnership with Own the Doge, the stewards of the Doge, Neiro, and Cocoro IPs.
