Trump: California Governor and Los Angeles Mayor "Incompetent"

On June 10th local time, U.S. President Trump stated on social media that if he hadn't "sent troops" to Los Angeles over the past three nights, the city "would have been razed to the ground" like the 25,000 houses that were burned due to the "incompetence" of the governor and mayor.
