Odaily Planet Daily News: 1RT Acquisition Corp. has announced plans to raise $150 million through an IPO after submitting an amended S-1 filing to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. According to the latest disclosures, the company is expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “ONCHU” on July 2, local U.S. time. 1RT Acquisition Corp. is expected to merge with, acquire, exchange shares with, purchase assets from, or reorganize with one or more businesses, aiming to expand into sectors such as cryptocurrency, blockchain, and fintech, including the acquisition of digital assets.
