BTIP-104 proposal enters community review phase

This proposal intends to introduce both automatic and manual renewal modes for file storage, allowing users to flexibly extend storage duration without re-uploading, significantly improving convenience and long-term storage reliability. Automatic renewal supports one-click configuration of upload parameters, while manual renewal can be quickly triggered via CLI command line. This upgrade will further improve the BTFS storage service system, providing a more sustainable solution for the distributed storage ecosystem.
