ChainCatcher reported that Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse, speaking at the Swell 2025 conference about the increasing partisanship in cryptocurrency, stated: "I think many Democratic leaders realize that technology should not be partisan. Regulation should focus on outcomes, not the technology itself; politicization is a cliff."
