Jinse Finance reported that a South Korean digital asset exchange was hacked today (November 27), resulting in the theft of approximately 44.5 billion KRW (about $30 million) in assets, mainly involving digital assets on the Solana network. The exchange detected abnormal transfers at 4:41 a.m. on the same day and reported the incident to regulatory authorities. South Korean police and financial regulators have launched an on-site investigation into the operator, Two Brain Tree Company, which is expected to continue until the 5th of next month. The exchange stated that it will fully compensate customer losses with company assets, ensuring zero loss for users. Previous reports indicated that the exchange disclosed an attack in which about 54 billion KRW worth of tokens were transferred to an unknown wallet.
