Bets from cryptocurrency prediction market platform Polymarket show the likelihood of President Joe Biden dropping out of the U.S. presidential race has risen to 68 percent, challenging the all-time high of 70 percent, after he said he was diagnosed with a new strain of Crown pneumonia.
