According to data agency Arkham, a newly created address starting with 0x454 borrowed 80 million US dollars worth of WBTC by collateralizing it on Aave, and then loaned out 48 million US dollars worth of ETH. The borrowed ETH was subsequently transferred to a centralized exchange (CEX). This address received the funds three days ago and made this transaction when the exchange rate between ETH and BTC reached a new low.
