Keyring, a London-based encrypted compliance platform, has completed a $6 million seed round of financing to expand its on-chain compliance platform. Gumi Cryptos Capital and Greenfield Capital led the investment, with Motier Ventures and Kima Ventures participating. The company stated that Keyring aims to help financial institutions and investors interact with decentralized finance (DeFi) platforms in a compliant manner and restrict trading counterpart addresses, while using zero-knowledge (ZK) proof technology to protect privacy and sensitive data.
