Bitlayer Announces Initial Finalists for First Phase of Developer Acceleration Program, Including RollDex and 11 Other Projects in Final Selection

On October 10th, Bitlayer, Bitcoin's native Layer 2 project, announced the finalists for the first phase of its Booster Grants Program, with a total of 11 projects having passed the initial selection process and moving on to the final stage.
The Bitlayer Grants Program is part of Ready Player One, a developer airdrop for eco-projects that plan to deploy or have deployed to Bitlayer. Beginning September 12, 2024, the Bitlayer Foundation will select outstanding eco-projects each month from among the enrolled projects, and will allocate eco-incentives up to a maximum of $1 million in value.

At present, Bitlayer has officially announced the list of projects that passed the preliminary selection in the 1st period, and the shortlisted projects cover a number of sub-tracks such as BTC-Fi, AI and games, which are:

- RollDex: Bitcoin's native perpetual contract and derivatives trading platform in the Bitlayer ecosystem

- bullishs: the first chain-wide ad gaming platform with seamless trading technology;

- Cygnus Finance: the first modular real income layer that combines non-EVM systems with the EVM ecosystem;

- DeAgentAI: decentralized AI agent incentive protocol that allows users to create and deploy their own AI agents;

- Desyn: decentralized asset management protocol that allows users to create and manage customized portfolios based on pools of money through smart contracts;

- Fun Worlds: a Web3 game empowerment platform with the goal of building a DAO-autonomous Web3 value interaction platform;

- Jasper Vault: decentralized options protocol that aims to provide users with an intuitive, simple and secure options product;

- Trusta Labs: building a Web3 authentication system that combines PoH, reputation and credit infrastructure;

- Umoja: offers Smartcoins, algorithmic trading liquidity pledge tokens based on BTC, ETH and SOL, with Defi strategies for specific risk-reward;

- UXUY: the first self-hosted multi-chain wallet based on Telegram, currently live and supporting third-party Bot connections;

- Xenobunny: a pioneer in on-chain gaming and guilds.
